Conditions for the exchange and return of goods with proper quality


Dear customers, the return and exchange of goods with proper quality (without defects) is carried out according to local regulations.


The exchange of goods is made within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, subject to the following conditions:


• The item has not been used and retains its original appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, and packaging.

• You possess a receipt, purchase invoice, or another document confirming payment for the specific item.


A customer can exchange a product of proper quality for a similar item. If the equivalent product is not available for exchange at the time,  you can:


•  either purchase any other goods from the range in stock with the relevant recalculation of the cost;

•  terminate the agreement and get the refund in the amount of the cost of returned goods;

•  exchange the item for a similar one when the corresponding product becomes available for sale.


Money paid for goods will be refunded to a consumer no later than within seven days.


In the case of a customer's refusal of a product of proper quality, the cost of returning the item and its shipment back is covered by the customer.

Consumer rights in case of purchase of poor-quality goods


Return and exchange of poor-quality goods are carried out according to local regulations. Poor-quality goods include goods that have significant defects due to the fault of the manufacturer. The buyer during the warranty period has the right to replace the product or refund.


According to local regulations, material defect shall mean a defect, which makes it impossible or unacceptable to use the goods according to its designated purpose, and which emerged due to the fault of a manufacturer (seller, contractor), and once eliminated it is detected again due to reasons beyond the consumer’s control and, at the same time, contains at least one of the following characteristics:


a) it cannot be eliminated at all;

b) elimination requires over fourteen days;

c) it makes the goods essentially different from those provided for by an agreement.


The demand of the consumer to replace the goods is subject to immediate satisfaction, if there should be no goods in stock, the consumer’s demand for replacing them must be satisfied within two months after a relevant application is filed. If it is impossible to satisfy the demand within the established period, then the consumer has the right to demand the replacement of goods for the same or similar goods from among those available in the goods seller (manufacturer) with a corresponding price transfer or a refund. Money paid for goods will be refunded to a consumer no later than within seven days. The settlement with the consumer in case of an increase in the price of a product is carried out based on the cost of the product at the time of its purchase.


In the event of a customer refusing a product of inadequate quality, the cost of returning the item and its shipment back is covered by the seller.
