Delivery terms
We accept orders online 24/7. We process orders from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays. Orders received during non-working hours (including weekends and holidays) will be processed on the next business day till 11:00.
Attention! No delivery to temporarily occupied territories.
After processing and confirming the order, an employee will contact you to clarify the details. The goods will be transferred to the delivery service.
Shipping methods:
• Receipt at the Ukrposhta branch
You can pick up the order at the specified Ukrposhta post office. The current list of pick-up points and their work schedule is presented on the official website of Ukrposhta.
After we send the order, you will receive a tracking number by which you can track the parcel. Upon her arrival at the post office, you will receive an SMS message and you will be able to pick up your order.
• Receipt at the Nova Poshta branch
You can pick up the order at the Nova Poshta post office you specified. The current list of pick-up points and their work schedule is presented on the official website of Nova Poshta.
After the order arrives at the branch, you will receive an SMS notification or e-mail. In case of non-receipt and non-payment of the order within 5 days after delivery to the branch, the goods will be returned to the sender at his expense.
• Courier delivery of Nova Poshta
The goods will be delivered to the required address: office, warehouse, enterprise, etc. The courier will call the buyer 30-60 minutes before arrival.
The cost of delivery is calculated individually according to the carrier's tariffs.
Attention! Orders for more than UAH 13,999 and weighing more than 30 kg are not delivered by courier.
We recommend checking the order upon receipt. If you have not done so, we cannot guarantee that disputes will be resolved in your favor.
If the received product does not match your order on the website, has incomplete equipment or external defects, it is not required to pay for and pick up such an order. Let us know about it to the support service.
