MO2035B Optical Reflectometer from Multitest is user-friendly and features a Ukrainian touch interface. The device performs automatic measurements by independently determining the parameters of the probing pulse and measurement range, while the operator only selects the measurement duration.
The device’s usability is enhanced by the built-in visible laser source with a wavelength of 650 nm, useful for identifying potential issues in optical cross-connects. This feature allows for the detection and localization of defects, bends, interruptions, or breaks in optical fiber networks.
The MO2035B stands out from other models in the series by operating at wavelengths of 1310/1550 nm ±20 and having a dynamic range of 35/33 dB, an event dead zone of up to 3 meters, an attenuation dead zone of up to 8 meters, and a measurement range from 100 meters to 240 kilometers.
The reflectometer features a bright and clear 7-inch touch LCD display, allowing detailed viewing of measurement results and reflectograms.
The device enables saving measurement results in its internal memory or on an external TF card (microSD compatible), with the option to transfer data to a flash drive. With the built-in USB-A and USB-B ports, reflectograms can be conveniently and quickly transferred to a PC and other devices for viewing.
The device is powered by a 4400 mAh lithium-ion (Li-Ion) battery, which can be charged via USB-A or USB-B ports. It can operate continuously in measurement mode for up to 6 hours without requiring additional recharging.
