Optical Power Meter Multitest MT1119CVN FC/SC, RJ-45, 850-1650 nm, VFL, Twisted Pair Tester

The MT1119CVN Optical Power Meter from Multitest is a small and convenient device designed for measuring optical and copper segments of data transmission networks. With its high upper measurement range limit, the device can safely check strong optical signals (including cable TV) without risking damage to the detector.

Despite its small size, the MT1119CVN has extensive functionality and works as an optical power meter, twisted pair tester, and optical fiber damage detector using red light at a wavelength of 650 nm. The device can effectively work with most types of optical signals and is configured to measure at wavelengths of 850, 1300, 980, 1310, 1490, 1550, 1625, and 1650 nm.

A special testing mode for RJ45 connectors allows checking copper cables and patch cords for breaks, as well as for short circuits or improper installation. In addition to the features mentioned above, the presence of a standard LED flashlight and backlighting of the display allows convenient operation of the tester in low-light conditions. The compact size of the device makes it convenient to use with one hand, and the rubberized housing prevents slipping on surfaces.

The device is powered by two AAA batteries (not included) or can be powered via the micro-USB port from an external source such as a laptop or PowerBank.
