The Multitest MO1335S Mini Reflectometer is an efficient and multifunctional device that easily fits into your pocket. This small device combines the following modes: reflectometer (OTDR), calibrated laser emitter 1310/1550 nm (LS), optical power meter (OPM), visible red light source (VFL), and LED flashlight (LED). This allows for quick checking of attenuation in patch cords, splitters, and other devices in optical and cable TV networks within the dynamic range of OPM (+26...-50 dBm).

The bright 3.5-inch touch screen fully displays measurement results, allowing for all settings and switching to be done via the on-screen buttons. For ease of use, the power-on, VFL, and LED flashlight buttons are located on the side panel. The device also features a horizontal reflectogram display mode with a schematic diagram, where the event table does not overlap the image. Image fragments can be zoomed in or out, similar to a smartphone.

The reflectometer has high technical specifications: dynamic range of fluctuations 20/22 dB, dead zone of 3 m, 5 ns pulses for accurate testing of short lines. The device is ideal for measurements on short sections and networks up to several kilometers, mainly "point-to-point" with a small number of events. The built-in visible red light source (650 nm, 10 mW) is designed for testing the integrity of optical lines and fiber identification in cables up to 8-9 km away. The device does not have additional features or settings for testing PON networks.

After testing, in addition to the reflectogram and event table, it is possible to construct a line structure diagram showing events, distances, and attenuation. Settings on the device are intuitive and quickly accessible. Functions and settings are displayed as icons on the screen.

The 2000 mAh lithium-ion battery (Li-ion) provides autonomous operation of the device for up to 8 hours in measurement mode without additional recharging. Battery charging and data transfer are done via the fast Type-C port.

Thanks to its compact size and lightweight, the device can be conveniently attached to a belt using the clip on the rear panel, or carried with the included neck strap.
